Working with cross functional teams, I follow a step-by-step growth hacking process. I work with clients to help them i) use data driven analysis to discover new growth opportunities ii) come up with ideas and hypotheses for experiments iii) prioritize which experiments to run and iv) manage the execution and evaluation of rapid testing via agile methodologies.
I’ve been driving growth for digital businesses for many years. More recently I became a certified Growth Master of the Growth University, headed up by Sean Ellis of GrowthHackers.com. This further enhanced our growth marketing expertise, giving me a framework and ‘playbook’ for hacking growth.
