TLC Marketing Worldwide is a leading global rewards agency delivering campaigns for brands worldwide. They asked us to develop a 3-year marketing strategy and plan and, architect and project manage the build of a new global multilingual corporate website.
Creation and implementation of a 3 year global marketing strategy & plan. This included the development of a new global multi-lingual website, including a bespoke CMS.
Due to the success of the new website and marketing initiatives, I went on to work closely with the Founder on the strategy of the business including writing operational business plans with the divisional group heads and was asked to build and integrate a new Group Creative division.
