I worked with BuyerPrice to help them achieve their mission of empowering first time homebuyers in the US via their national real estate brokerage.

OVERVIEW

Business Profile 

A next generation home-buying service, BuyerPrice aims to fundamentally change the way people buy homes in the US by giving the home-buyer greater control over the moving process.

Brief 

When this fresh thinking and dynamic start-up came to me with their ideas, they made it clear that they wanted someone who could help them get to market quickly through rapid iteration whilst still building a highly valuable product. They were also in need of strategic marketing expertise in order to establish themselves firmly as a new disruptive force in their marketplace. I helped accelerate BuyerPrice’s  journey to market by managing the agile development of their product design, as well as the drafting and implementation of a strategic marketing plan. I also helped them develop their branding, positioning and key messaging, and designed their responsive landing page to reflect this.

Solution

I helped the BuyerPrice Founders to understand how agile development was suitable for their development needs and helped them break-down an otherwise ambitious workload into manageable phases (sprints). I helped them establish clear communication systems that would allow them to work towards targets seamlessly and focus on alleviating real customer pain-points.

Phase 1 

Worked closely with BuyerPrice to put together an initial list of features derived from the customer journey stories they had explored. From this they were able to establish a very clear brief for their product and prioritize which features to focus for the initial sprints. I also helped them develop their branding, positioning and key messaging, and designed their initial responsive landing page to reflect this. This became their first communication with their potential marketplace.

Phase 2 

Sourced a Developer that worked with the agile team and helped build the dashboard’s data driven back end.

Phase3

Helped BuyerPrice with their go-to-market strategy, focusing on content marketing and strategic partnerships.

I work closely with the BuyerPrice team to advise on their marketing strategy. I also developed the early stage landing pages and website for BuyerPrice  and advised on optimising their ongoing website iterations as this fast-moving start-up continued to grow and evolve.
